Voluntary Participation

Participation in ceremonies, gatherings, or events is entirely voluntary and based on informed choice. We reserve the right to decline participation when the work may not be appropriate for safety, spiritual, or community reasons.

Religious Freedom & Legal Compliance

Skybridge conducts its ceremonies as sincerely held religious exercise. The federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) generally bars the federal government from substantially burdening religious exercise unless it satisfies the statute’s compelling-interest and least-restrictive-means test. RFRA is applied case by case and does not create a blanket exemption from applicable law. Skybridge’s legal position regarding its ceremonies has been reviewed by counsel.
